General InformationInformationCodimension basically packs together various pieces of software which existed before and adds a few bits of newly developed things. Codimension uses graphviz for nice diagram layout, uses powerful pylint and pymetrics packages, relies on scintilla for editing text, uses QT and PyQt libraries for the user interface, etc. Pretty much all of the components are multiplatform, so codimension is too. Codimension is written mainly in python, though the python syntax parser it uses is written in C/ANTLR and is provided as a separate package. Supported platformsAs of May 2011, codimension was successfully deployed on Linux, specifically on two flavors: ubuntu and fedora. The corresponding packages can be downloaded from the download page. Porting plansWe are planning to port codimension to MAC OS, Windows and BSD platforms. This is not the first priority though. DevelopersCodimension was developed by: Some other people helped with video tutorials, participated in discussions of how and what should be implemented, what is the best way to comprise the user interface etc. We thank all of them!
